Thank you for sending summarised professional reports for properties which had been on the market for some-time.

The report stated what influences were holding back the sale of some our properties, one in particular which comes to mind is a property which was suffering from abandonment issues and after Sonia’s clearings and/or healings it sold within days of receiving the report.
